Dear CMY / LRE,

I have bought phase 9/10 file back in April 2008 on my brother's name as I am not living in Pakistan. I thought it would be easier for him to collect papers later on or doing any selling later on because he is based in Pakistan.
Few days ago I came to know that DHA sends a letter to any file buyer as confirmation of purchase. The problem is that we have not received any letter from DHA. My brother is also far from Lahore for few comming months. I am worried about the status of file transfer and wants to confirm it. Please tell me what are my option?
If you can check the status for me then it would be great and I would appreciate your help in this regard. I would pay whatever reasonable few you would charge me for this service. Please help me so that I can have my peace of mind back.

I forgot to mention that my brother did not even collect the documents whatever DHA give after 3 days of sign the file.

My brother only signed the file and paid the money to the previous owner as per DHA law. The previous owner also signed the file.

Please let me know as I am quite a bit worried about the situation. Appreciate your response and help in advance. Please don't worry about the fee as whatever you would charge me would be paid by bank transfer or express money or whatever way you like.

Please be assured DHA Lahore is one of the most safest place to have a transfer. On duty brigadier is in charge of DHA Lahore.

Nothing to worry in this case. Your brother could come to DHA even after 5 years and collect the letter. No one can sell this file again other than your brother himself.

You could send email to LRE at LRE786@gmail.com so we could confirm current owner. Please include file number and owner name so we could check from DHA who is current owner on that file number.
