DHA Lahore Phase 8 Intimation Letter and Payment Schedule for Overseas,

Is any body get intimation letter in overseas?
I heared that 1st installment and memebership fee is due on June 30, 2010. I didn't get the letter yet, and confused how to pay my installment and memebership fee and in which currency?

Make a draft pay order or demand draft in the name of

DHA Lahore Phase 8 Plot No ....

Send it to DHA Lahore head office, Y block commercial, DHA phase 3, Lahore.

Please send installment before June 30th other wise fine will start from July 1,2010.

Can my relative on my behave from Pakistan deposit it through bank?
Please give detail on "depositing to Bank in Pakistan by relative", how?

I think amount is 420,000+22,830=PKR442,830/- (1st insallment + membership Fee), is it right?

Is anybody please explain the procedure to pay installment and membership fee one somebody behalf? BTW the actual owner is overseas.
Is any form required to fill for membership, or any document needed for 1st installment and membership fee?

Dear Brother CMY, AOA.

I am oversease and still I did not get the confirmation letter & Installment payment schedule. I send query to DHA lahore from there web site and they just replied, I will get in 1-2 weeks time which is alredy passed.

Please help us how we can contact them by phone to have confirmation if they already isseued the letter & about the payment plan.

We apprieciate your support.

I called several time to DHA Lahore, but no success to get proper answer. My call transfer to lot of persons, but nobody knows. Finally somebody told me to contact allotment section at extensions 223 and 603, but nobody picking the phone from these extension.

I hope they (DHA) will extend the date of 1st installment and membership fee payment at least one month. Without intimation letter, how we can pay?

Please give some update on this issue.

There is no time limit to file membership form for DHA 8 plots. But it must be filed before a transfer of any plot. Each plot nead separate memebership form and fee. Membrship form must be purachased from DHA for Rs 350. If you need help in filing these memeberhip form or pay installments Lahore Real Estate will assist you free of charge.


You can deposit moneyin form of cash in some approved banks located in front of DHA office but only after getting a cash payment voucher or plot installment or mmebership fee. This voucher is only issued to an authorized person that has a signed request for dues from you.

It is strongly suggested that you or your relative or friend make a demand draft or bank pay order for (DHA Lahore Phase 8 Plot No.....) and deposit it in DHA head office or send it via TCS etc to DHA office. In this case no authrization letter is needed fro you.

If you are late in filing membership form or dont pay installments in time dont worry too much about cancellation of your plot. To date I have not heard DHA canceling any persons plot for late payments or not filing memebership forms. You will be fined for all late payment of dues or installments and DHA never waive of the fines for civilians. So please make installment payment on time.

I am also an oversease and still I did not get the confirmation letter & Installment payment schedule. Please guide me that originally I have allocation letter from DHA. After balloting DHA alloted the plot number agist my file , Now Hoe much amount I have to pay in development either 83,500 or as mentioned above 420,000 +----

Is there anybody from overseas who has got confirmation or intimation letter from DHA phase VIII team, brother CMY would you please comment why they are treating us as step mother, how can we pay without payment plan and intimation letter,
