Pardesi bhai thank you for the link and the info, my Urdu is a bit weak, can you please this line (Jab kay southern Ring road ke tameer FIL HAL rok di gaai hai) dose this phrase mean that construction had started but now it has been halted or it hasn't been started at all. |

People living in Lahore may confirm that the area earmarked for the southern loop was not statrted as yet OR otherwise. In both of these cases its not very encouraging development. |

First of all Southern Loop mean LRR link between Feroazpur Road to Riawind Road and no work started so far on this.
So ofcourse the schemes between Feroazpur Road and near DHA get benefit of LRR |
