Dear all, i have an 8 marla dhai overseas block file, recently i have received a letter from dha as a reminder to deposit my 7th installment. I have noticed that they have increased the number of installments from 13 to 14 without any explaination. the total plot price has increased from $12290 to $13150. Does anybody has some information about this change.

I got confused same way in the letter that was sent with my annual statement. I guess they have realised their mistake. When you do your calculation it comes out to the correct amount. Remember .
So the calculation comes to as follows:
USD 860x13= USD 11180.00+ 870(last instalment)+850(with down payment)=US$12900.00.
This amount os USD12900.00 matches with the instalment plan given on the back of your allotment success letter
