Dear Friends,
Please advise, which sub-sector of D-12 and G-13 in Islamabad is better than others. How the direction of plot in Islamabad contributes to the price of plot?

if you want to build your house than d/12 is good,for investment purpose both sectors are not good,any how at that time investment in any sector of Pakistan is not advice able,better to keep money save in your hand. |

In sector D-12, D-12/3 is considered the best. It has least number of plots meaning less congested. It is also closer to the hills and is next to D-11 which will be part of GHQ. D-12/1 is the least priced sub-sector (in general). It is more congested than others and has encroachments on its west service road.
D-12/2 and D-12/4 are about the same. It depends on where you are in the sub-sector. There is some encroachment on the east service road of D-12/4 whereas some other parts are just as good as D-12/3. Also look for size of plot directly facing yours. If it is smaller than yours that is a negative.
For sectors close to Margalla hills facing Margalla is definitely a positive factor. I don't know if this holds true for other sectors. |

Any information on G-13 sub-sectors from any friend? What about the relationship between physical direction (Like facing south) of the plot and price? |
