AoA.Dear brothers i need sincere advise where to invest in real estate.some people suggest to buy DHA valley overseas plots or plain DHA valley plots as they r in minus 1lac to minus 1.5 lacs n suggest its prime time to buy plots here at this price.others preach that i should go for Bahria town RWP phase 8 especially in sector E or F.im really confused where to use my hard earned money.plz help.wasalam

I have notice that DHA Valley is not included in DHAI Provisional Master Plan Map. Is is possible the location re-locate for DHAI Valley? thanks |

it is not worth to invest in commercial sector if you are just a gentleman and have no sources. It is never easy to get vacated your commercial property and some time you may need to pay more money then you get as rent in the name of good will. It is legal that your tenant give your property further on with out telling you and takes heavy good will and certainly this all will pile up on your property when you need to get it empty out.
Think twice when you invest in commercial sector. This is what I learnt while I was having a unit in G/9 markez unit. |
