I am small an investor in real estate. Till today, I have invested in residential properties only. I am planning to go into commercial property in G-11 Markaz Islamabad. Sincel I am new here, wanted to know other expert opinions about going for commercial property vs residential property. If anyone wants to invest in real property, which is better option, residential or commercial property in Islamabad. Trying to get an ideas from you all forum members as many of you expert and giving valuable advise to everyone. What is the shop current market rate in G-11 markaz, Islmabad…

I have Two shops in the Main Markaz Area of G-15, Islamabad (Jammu and Kashmir Coop H. Society). These are located on Ground Floor and the plaza where these are located is marvel of construction with best possible materials used. Each shop has an area of 220 sq.ft. Possession is expected by end of July'2010, although they are ready. The delay is due to final exterior finishing and car parking, which are under completion, now. In the basement, a modern grocery store is being furnished now, which is expected to start its sales in 1st week of August. The asking price for both shops is Rs. Five Million only.
