a new project is comming iconvalley,villas and appartment 5,7,10 marla with instalment process.i think raiwand road is going towards a very busy realestate business with a bright future.

i visited the site today. My earlier opinion was that it is by Bahria Town, but it is not. Bahria Orchard or mini gold has two gates and Icon Valley is between bahria two gates :) Its a small project, flats starting from 17 lacs & houses 5-marla from 38 lacs. Houses are very nicely built, saw model houses & impressed. covered area also way more what eden or others offer.
