Formanites Housing Society Development and Installment Charges,

In December 2009, management of FHS has confirmed that installments and development charges will end in April 2010 and asked to pay all dues before due date alongwith Rs. 20,000 for Gas Charges. as per their announcement, plots has to be handed over at the end of installments but now they have sent letters to all the members to pay another Rs. 30,000 per marla for development and has given excuses as other societies are charges more then a million for development but we are charging very less.

Well this is true but it is also a fact that those other societies are also doing development work and handing over plots to members on time too.

Where as here in FHS, they are only asking for money and nothing else.

I visit FHS almost every month but from past one year development is same as it was a year back.

Also they have only one water tank for whole society (which i am afraid is not enough).

after having all such information do we suppose to pay another 30,000 per marla as (so called) development charges?????????

Please somebody from the management of FHS and someone from market advise.

Also please do also confirm the price of 10 marla plot fully paid till April 2010, in Phase 1.

Need help.
