Please give me an idea how much it costs to have a plot filled to road/ground level, for a 4 kanal plot. Its currently at 3-4 feet below road level.

What is the cost of its development as a farm house. I intend to keep most of it as lawn and cover only sq ft built area.

Kasoo filling cost is around Rs 6.5 per sft. Minimum construction cost is around sft range while no upper limit can be defined.

That estimates around 7 lacs for land filling (assuming 5 feet filling) and 1.3 million approx for contruction,,,around 2 million in all,,
