Attracted by the unusually low price I called Mr. Hafeez regarding this ad. He was very nice to talk to and told me details about sector D-12 and gave me options of different plots available for sale. He was very honest about describing this particular plot and told me that this plot was in D-12/1 on a place where it is presently occupied by the village. He said he cannot take responsibility regarding this plot because it is not currently under CDA possession.
He said that as for all other regular plots (with CDA having its possession) the price of proper 1 Kanal plots started from a minimum of 1 Crore 15 lakhs (with room for negotiation).
According to him the price range for proper 355 Sq Yds plots in D-12 was from 75 lakhs to 1 Crore. |

Thank you Interested. You saved me a call. I am surprised that any plot is still under possession. Last I went there, the entire area was completely clear with no sign of any occupation :-) |

Question bhai look for the west service road of D-12/1 on Google earth. You will notice that most of this road is broken because of encroachment by the village. The village penetrates no more than 200 feet inside D-12/1 but that is enough to cover dozens of plots. |
