Buyer will pay Rs 1.5 lacs for down payment that was made to DHA. Buyer will pay 1st installment to DHA on day of transfer. Buyer will pay Rs 50000 profit to DHA and buyer will pay Rs 50000 to DHA for trafer fees and taxes etc. You will also pay your dealer 1% commission on total price of 19.5 lacs. |
