I have an 25x50 house in G-7 Islamabad. its alreday double story. my question is this can I bulit the 3-Rd story on it ...what is the procedure/who can i get premission from CDA.according to cda laws can we built the 3-rd sory on residencial property?

Gentleman; As per the CDA by-laws you can not build third story. In case of smaller plots as yours you can cover up to 100% of the total size of the Plot in 2 floors. |

Demolish your house if it is more than 25 years old and construct new house with basement. Please dont mind if u dont like this idea.
BY LAWA:- On 25*50 Plot leaving open space Front 5 feet & back 5 feet
is compulsory. So u can construct 2000 feet in duble story house plus maximum 250 feet (a small room with bath) on 2nd floor. Basement is allowed on total permissible area after leaving car porch but people construct basement in car porch also. |

G-7 is middle of Islamabad.In my opinion no need to sale this plot & go elsewhere; other than if can purchase large size plot in new sectors.
As per my under standing your house is near 7 th Avenue near Blue Area. This area is one of the best locations of Islamabad .
Construction cost is minimum 1000 thousand per sq feet if u use old bricks and steel of your demolished house than cost might be lower than 1000. |
