Nothing special. People were holding sales due to ballot. When they were not included in ballot people started to sell them but since every one knew they were not part of current ballot its difficult to find a buyer.

Certainly, premium status can be confirmed by the fact that it has dropped 7 lakh in the last few months. If thats what you call premium, I want the worst 'STATUS investement.
