With all due respect to everyone, i would like to buy in phase 6 and 7 with 30 % less than the price mentioned.

The price mentioned in the chart is 30% less than market rate. Market rate is 30% more. This is probably what OHL has pointed out.

This newspaper is owned by a tycoon of real estate. I will not state the name but i hope all of u got it :)
And newspaper is only generating rumors and propaganda regarding real estate.
