CDA have been allocated Rs.300 million for
development of sector D-12 in fiscal year 2010-11
& also decide to construction of commercial plaza
in D-12 in fiscal year 2010-11.

Can you or any one this forum can witness increase in construction of houses in this sector and how many ? construction of grid station was suppose to get completed by 30th June. Is this happened ?

this time CDA BUDGET IS 30% LESS THAN THE PREVIOUS ONE. 30% cda BUDJET HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT CDA CHAIRMAIN ANNOUNCED DA BUDGET AND SAID THAT HE WILL GIVE PREFERENCE TO THE STALL SECTOR LIKE I-11,I-12,I-15 AND D-12.
CDA IS TOTALLY FOCUSING ON ZONE 4 .

no house has been constructed in D-12.. when sum construction will happen then every one get to know voice.
the one who has plot in D-12 they have to hold it and other ppl have refrain from D-12 coz prices are high and not gud for investment.
Best time to invest in E-16, E-17 ,B-17,G15,F-15,I-11,F-17 and G-16 to sum extend coz prices are at low stage and area is underdevelopment.

IN G-13 CDA SECTOR PRICES OF LAND IS LESS THAN D-12 AND READY FOR CONSTRUCTION.

I THINK 6 MARLA IS AROUND 23 TO 25 LAK IN G-13.

There is nothing unusual about D-12. Based on earlier sector developments we can say that it will be fairly populated in 5 years. Construction may start any time now. The 5 year wait figure suggested by samefame is for what?

The only point worth noting here is that CDA has allocated necessary funds for d-12 and its progress will not be hampered by the organization's financial difficulties. MACH had appropriately reported this latest news and we should have left it at that. With all due respect we are not going to find on-ground progress every two weeks. Checking progress every 3 to 6 months will probably be more meaningful.

Khan bhai mentioning other cheaper sectors for investment misses the mark. If I want a Corolla I don't care if Liana or Alto is cheaper. I will pay for the Corolla. Since a lot of people want Corolla its resale is just as good as Alto’s and better than Liana’s. I hope you got my point.
