I have come to know through ParkView marketing office (opp. EME) that they have some plots on re-sale with premium of 1-2 Lac.
I would greatly thank full if someone can enlighten if its good option with respect to pay-back in next 2-3 years.

I was having a 5 merla house in Eden value Homes. It was one of First Seven houses of A block. When I tried to sold it Agents sent me cutting of newspapers saying its dark future plus this whole area lies in red zone. Now this area is booming and Eden Value Homes is on the Front now.
Anyhow I sold the house on big loss after very very hardship. |

I was visiting a factory close to Eden & went to see the eden value homes. Almost all the houses are constructed. couple of years back when they were booking, i though it was going to be a good project. I believe it is now, houses are now entering finishing stage. I must say eden so far has done a good job. |

@Zinq : All indicators (location, price, standard of development & security)of Park View Villas have competitive edge. What else you need to confirm. If you can't decide with this much of positive factors then you should not think to invest anywhere. |

i heard from eden developer people that the factories around the eden value homes and in the surrounding area will be moved far away and this will further add to the value of this area |

LMFAO Now that is hell of a joke. Hamza why factory owners would move their established factories from one place to another? Who would give them another suitable place on the same Road? Its not going to happen!!!
