Dear Islamabad Experts,
I am living in Lahore but also have one plot in
G-13/1 close to main Markaz. As some houses are under construction, so I may decide to make house there after 2 or 3 years.
I want to know if there is any commercial shops or units are being offered on 3 years installments so that by that time this com. could be ready to start my own business there. Or any new project is under way but should be very attractive and by reputed developer. What is normal cost for such units and size and how many floors. I have not seen for this area since 1 year so would appreciate if some one could give details for investment in commercial in G-13 markaz only.

There are number of under construction commercial plazas in G-13. Taha trade centre and venture tower are ahead of all others in completion time. You need to visit this area once as there are many options available for commercial areas to suit your requirement. |
