Can someone share with us that how much monthly maintenance we have to pay if we owe a one kanal and ten merla plot in the following.
1. DHA
2. Bahria
3. Sukhchain
4. Parkview villa

I know in Bahria for 8 marla service charges 1500/month |

1500 per month is nominal ???? Well this is robbery this kind of rent which is imposed you pay property tax to government and then pay these amounts to bahria ..They are just looters for 8 marla house owner this will translate to 18000 per year i donot think Dha has similar high charges ... |
