File Transfer Duration at Bahria Town Phase 8,

How long would the Bahria Town Lahore take to transfer a Bahria Town Phase 8 file in my name after I purchase it from the Nominee.

I will visit Pakistan for approx. 10 days inshallah and was wondering whether the file transfer procedure may be completed while being in Lahore?

File transfer process is completed within a week, but the transfer letter is sent to the buyer at his/her home address in a month or so.


I am also selling my corner plot in Bahria Town, Phase-8, Rawlpindi.

Registration No: IDE-4652

Size: 200-Yards


All installments amounting to Rs. 580,000/- paid.


Price Rs. 580,000/- (i.e. the amount which has actually been paid to Bahria Town)
