Transfer fee for 5ext = 61950
Memebership fee each file = 22830
Stamp paper vender fee = 1200
Stamp duty tax = 50000
CVT Tax = 50000
Documentation = 1000
Total cost = 186980
DHA Phase 9
Transfer fee for DHA 9 = 50950
Membership fee each file = 22830
Stamp paper vendor fee = 1200
Stamp duty tax = 9000 ( Still not clear what is new DC rate so it could change)
CVT Tax = 9000 ( Still not clear what is new DC rate so it could change)
Documentation = 1000
