Is it a good time to buy lahore DHA Phase9/10 files ?

HHH replied on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 12:58 PM  rana has rightly mentioned not to buy files and for reason kindly visit phase 6 and phase 7 of dha lahore and see how at many places DHA has been unable to get possession of plots till now .....and now with judiciary more active DHA will find it more hard to get land vacated in new phases .......
