Dont know aout future.Current position is as under.
I-15:Main doule road is complete development work yet to be started.CDA sector safe but long term investment.
Gulebrg:Location is good after air port chowk first scheme in
Zone-5. Lay out plan not approved NOC not issued as per CDA website.At present no scope.
Jinnah Garden Phase-II Lay out plan approved NOC not issued no scope at present.
Jinnah Garden Phase-II Lay out plan approved NOC not issued. Development standard is good constrution of houses in progress. Under ground water is not available there. arranging from Sawan Garden.Another draw back is main railway line is rossing between the project. At present lowest rates society in Zone-5 where possesion is offered. Due to this no attration for buyers in J Garden Phase-II or Gulberg. |
