I had updated information from society office, they will give possession this year (by december 2010 possibly, only to those who have paid all the development charges).
below is update for this sector since my last visit...

G-16 Update as of April 2009,
Water Tank Under Construction (in progress)
Roads are underconstruction (in progress)
Drain Pipes are being laid down (n progress)
Plots that has been alloted (not the files) and given numbers will be given possession in year time provided development work finish in those blocks as they will give possession by blocks like (multi/tele garden), positive development in progress.
I have plot 343(corner) in that scheme which is next to Main Boulivard Corner facing G-15 Sector 300 ft green belt on front.
