102 died in suicide attack, still the hot topic in media is "Punjab Assembly Bill Against Media". No one to mourn the lives of innocent citizens.

During school/college life, top students in my class (similarly yours too) were serious about studies & later in life, they became engineers, doctors, architects, joined army, or got jobs in banks & industry & self employed etc etc.

Apart from that there was a breed which was dull & stupid went for LLB & similar subjects. This dull breed became laywers.

Second breed infact so dull that they went for philosophy, literature & similar subjects and somehow passed after failing & failing again. This breed joined media.

Third breed which was total badmaash & political types are now the politicians of our country.

Together, these three breeds are ruling us & they are delivering what they are capable of!

These incompetent breeds have influence over bureaucracy, army & almost every institution and hence bringing forward their like minded people.

We are suffering because of this!

Brothers, in Islam we do not have any position of priest, Molvi or Mulana does not exsit in Islam. Becuase we do not know our religon therefore we have created this class in Islam. This is to save us from taking the trouble to learn our deen, so we are paying the price.

Army has got Unity, Army has got Faith, Army has got Discipline. Its the only institution which is somehow following these Golden rules.

Why Army comes to rule us, it comes to save us, when these retarded breeds gets out of control and start fighting each other.

An example is being set at the moment, PML-N government has passed a resolution against media and amusingly has put blame on PML-Q.

While our government is busy fighting & defaming judiciary., the lawyers are being bribed. People of Pakistan are being pushed to limits! Its perfect recipe for army to rule, however, this time american diplomacy is in full control of central government & is having huge influence for decision making.

The quote "Democracy is the best revenge" is working like a lash on the people of Pakistan and this quote has influence on Chief Justice & chief of army staff who says democracy should go. So little hope for people!

I guess we have to live with the PPP's quote

Not blaming particularly Media, all of us are part of corrupt society. God is putting same leaders like us on us. Media is sold to different Plotical groups. None of them are fair. Where to find the way.

One of the problems that we as a nation have is "Generalization", "Blancket Satements"....,i.e. "ALL" Politicians are corrupt, "ALL" Maulvis are uneducated and Fasaadi, "ALL" Jounalists and Lawyers are those that were unable to take Engineering & Medical courses, "ALL" Media, TV Channels are playing in enemies hands, "ALL" "ALL" "ALL"...

The situation is more worst, some of our media groups are being funded from outside. Once they recieve heavy funds, they have to follow their policies.

Fox TV belongs to jew lobby, just compare the presentation style of Fox and Geo and I've seen Hamid Meer working as Islamabad Beurue Chief for Fox News 8-9 years back.

Dear AD:

Let us be realistic and evaluate ourselves as a nation or members of a religion (any). What values or rules we follow. None. No moral value on the society level. No rule at Governemnt level. Try hospital, Ploice Station and Judiciary. You go innocent for help, you get worst traetment of more than a crimianl. Tel me. You get a job of police Inspector. Will you change the system or will go with the same lawlessnes. So result is ALL is not well, my friend. I am part of it.

One day I went to Pace shopping center in Lahore to replace the screen of my son's PSP game. The vendor smiled and promosed best brand new screen. When I returned home with PSP, the cover plastiic was pasted on scratched used screen to show new one. In my opinion we are feeding our new generation with Haram.

Those small percentage who are with good moral values are oblighed to do haram, why becuase slowly this posion is getting deep into us. a serios situation to think about.

Yes I can name many. Just to give you a few examples:

1. Dr. Abdus Salam. Wikipedia writes about him: "Salam scored the highest marks ever recorded for the Matriculation Examination at the Punjab University." Wikipedia also writes: "he completed a BA degree with Double First-Class Honours".

2. Dr.Atta ur Rahman. Wikipedia writes about him: "Atta ur Rahman has had a prominent record in Cambridge Overseas School Certificate in 1958, and in 'A' Levels".

3. Ahmad Hasan Dani (Foremost authority in South Asian Archiology). Wikipedia writes about him: "He graduated in 1944, with an MA degree, to become the first Muslim graduate of Banaras Hindu University. He scored highest marks in the exams which earned him a Gold Medal".

In fact every single person who has a Ph.D from a reputed university has had good academic record otherwise they won't have been accepted in the doctoral program.

Academic achievement is just one important measure of ability. Even all other measures of ability combined don't guarantee success in life. You need a good amount of luck as well.

The system of accountability and credibility is required at all levels in Pakistan whether it is bureaucracy, army , politician,judiciary and press.Any wrong doings can be challaged and if required investigated. We still have people who are credible and capable enough to be part of the system.

@ nasir1 For this kind of democracy only army is responsible.For us India is the big example where army is under the civilian government. Lets give some time to the political parties, after three or four elections every thing will be ok. For me this kind of democracy is much better than army dictatorship. This is the army who broke our country and responsible for all the problems which our country is facing now. I know we have lot of idiots in the country who support directly or indirectly military dictatorship. Allah in sub ko hidait de.
