Demarcation @ Fazaia Housing Scheme Lahore,

Dear Members,

I need help. I know this is an ordinary question but for a new buyer or a new builder, it usually require handsome opinions from others.

As I was going through the forums, I found the statement that at FAZAIA HOUSING SCHEME LAHORE, once you submit the map for approval, then you can get possession straight away as soon as the map is passed. If it is so, I would like to tell here that I have a plot measuring 10 marla, corner facing park in G block, and wanted to construct a single story house asap.

Please share some thing regarding Fazaia Housing Scheme Construction by-laws.

1) I just know my plot size i.e. 250 sq.yard
2) Nothing is written on the allotment letter e.g front size, or real plot size. just it is shown all dues clear and I am given with the instructions that PKR 1000 should be paid for Demarcation. and thereafter PKR 500 for every new demarcation charges.
3) If I pay the demarcation fees, would i get the real size of my plot. or 250 square yard(10 marla)means 250 sq.yard?
4) Is there anything like the corner plot has one marla extra?

If anyone has such experience or if anyone here is reading this thread and working on the same issue at FAZAIA Housing Scheme Lahore, please I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
