Dear CMY Sab and other brother
I need completion certificate for my house in defence phase 1, block D. This is 20 years old house but now DHA wants to change every thing in the house as per new laws to issue completion certificate. Any easy way to get completion certificate without changing the whole house.

No sir there is not an easy way to get completion certificate. All rules must be followed to get this completion certificate.

I have gone through a similar situation with regards to my 15 years old house.Follow these steps and then we will see:-
1. Submit new Submission Drawing, (drawing by some one who knows the rules).
2. Get the new drawing approved.
3. Get the house visited by DHA Engg. They will point out the violation.
4. Get the violations removed and discuss it with the officer in charge of Engg Section.
In the end if you are left with some violations, then you can discuss it with the officer and he will certainly help you. |
