Dear CMY. I have allotted a 4 marla Comm plot in Sector CC2, Phase 8 DHA Lhr in ballot. I want your expert advise as follows:
1. Is it worth to hold it for a optimum profit? Holding and paying the instalments is no problem
2. Is it better to disposed it off todays prevailing market and to reinvest the money somewhere else.
3. If worth to sell now, what profit can I get?

I think facing main road 8 Marla are good investment and should be held for while for good profit. Personally I dont like 2 or 4 Marla location and dont think they can give you as good return as 8 marla. Only advantage is these plots are on installments. With time more installments will be paid and it will get harder and harder to find a buyer wih higher budget. If you plan to sell before pay all installment sell it now. Only 8 Marla large road plots should be paid in full. |
