Its very good DHA is now very strict even strict than before but it could cause you headache too in case a trouble in land even in other files of seller. People that sell affidavit files have land on many places and DHA could hold issuing allocation against affidavit if any other land of land seller have trouble.

We dont feel comfortable enough any more to deal in affidavit files for our clients any more and highly recomend you not to buy it. Saving of few thousands could cost you few lacs in 1 or 2 cases out of 100. Please buy an allocation file only from now on because its transfer will not give you any headache in future. Allocation transfer protects your investment a lot more than an affidavit file.
