an any body tell me the I-11 plots are transferable and when cda give the possion to plot holders ? any development is satrt on ground ?

Quest 1: I-11 all residential plots other than alloted agianst Bhudana award (30*60 I-11/2) are transferable.
Matter regarding allotment of 2400 plots to affectees of I-11 and I-12 is in Supreme Court no on ground work at present. Previously main double and service road North were constructed. Possession wa also given to few allottees in I-11/1. Exact date cannot be given for possesion.

Raja-G Hold your I-11 Plot. If your plot is not under Kachi Abadi or Afghan Grave Yard u can take possesion right now. Issue is 95 % resolved. Min 6 Months Maximum 2 Years.
