PROGRESS sahib 1 kanal file or plot transfer fee in now Rs 475980 as mentioned above by friends.
This huge increase in transfer cost is unjust and unfair. DC value for Parkview files is 1 crore as per Punjab govt but marker price of files is less than 22 lacs. May be holders should all sell these Parkview files to Punjab govt for 1 crore.
DC rate is normally the lowest possible rate for property in the phase or area. Increase in Parkview DC rates is totaly wrong. Not a single developed plot highest price is near 1 crore.
Some one should take some action in his regard and get these DC rates lowered. Even though I dont own any plot or file in Parkview to safe gaurd intrest of our valued cleints I have personaly taken some action. I have already talked to few large newspapers in this regard and you should see some articles in newspapers soon about.
