I will have to check it with management. If its not in plan yet I will strongly request them to install live web cams if possible. Divine Gardens site looks great with 100s of people working on these houses. Divine also offer your elders to lay your own first brick and you can keep check on your house progress. These are few great things no other developer is offering in Pakistan.
I must say thanks to management for starting house construction on such a large scale to complete most houses well before promised delivery time. So far management have been very good to people that booked houses and are well above our own expectations. We were very sad to see other large developers delaying their projects constructions for no valid reasons.
We have seen best materials used in Divine Gardens in steal work, sewerage plus plumbing, electrical and wood work and very good quality control of workmanship is also in place. Teams of architects are closely watching progress on hourly basis. Designs are already so popular that many large builders and new house seekers are copying them in their houses.
