i am an overseas pakistani,i have a plot in uet housing society adjecent to nfc and valencia,.plot size is 1 kanal in b block,could any one tell me the price of i kanal .
i will appreciate if some one write me the price.

Valecia Plot in B Block is about 40 and NFC same place is about 2,3 Lac less, So You can do reverse Calculation, DC Rates are Max in UET hence Modest deal can be in 31 to 33 depending upon exact lacation of Plot |

Can you give just an indication of approximate location of the plot? I think then it will be possible to have a better idea of current value of your plot. |
