If i ask comparison between DHA phase 6 and Divine gardens in 3 years times, which scheme you prefer for living and standard vise.

Few questions about Divine Gardens:
1. Do they have 5 or 10 marla plots for sale on 3 years installment plan.
2. 10 marla homes - sold out, does it mean that they had a specific number of homes which were to be constructed and all of those numbers are already booked.
3. Where can one see the 5 and 8 marla floor plans from.
4. Do they have any model houses ready by now.

1. Are big(1Kanal or larger) plots also available, how i can book and what are the sizes & rates?
2. The big plots are also available on installements or cash.
3. I can build house my self or I have to get it constructed through divine authorties.
