Mr. CMY are we expecting any price hike in the developed plots in various blocks of phase 7 once they are handed over for construction . I intend to sell two of my plots in phases T & U . I will much appreciate your response in this regard .

There is already some hike in Blocks near Completion, but not more than 10% of bottom price, As we have seen some hike in Phase 6 after hand ver same wll be seen in DHA 7 too, Best price you get when Builders will start work there, At this time they had been harvesting plots at bottom price

Its advised that you hold your selling until the possession is announced. Possession could be announced any day between now and Dec 2010. 3 to 5 lacs gain is possible 3 to 6 months after possession is given for house construction.
