I am amazed to see the price of DHAI 2 Ext 500 Sq Yds plot, Is it really aorund 7 lacs?
Is it by phase, Pllllllllllease some one tell me the price of a plot file in Phase E of DHAI 2 EXT. Is the map released?

It is 7 Lacs because later they will charge extra 14 Lacs for developement, so total for one Kanak will be :
1-Kanal = 7 Lacs + 14 Lacs = 21 Lacs.

DHA-II Ext is 10 KM from Islamabad highway opp DHA-II.
Map not released yet. Development charges 1465000 in installments.
Suitable only for those:
Having only 7 lekh in hand.
Can wait atleast 5 years.
Can pay development charges.
If u have 21 plus in hand u can purchase 500 yards plot in DC DHA-II Ext where development is 80% complete. |
