i have a question regarding DHA phase 9 , DO anyone have any idea about its future ? and its file is available in 15.90 lac should i buy it now or i should wait for right time ?

it has no future its batter to buy an on ground plot in Sector C BT Lahore and wait for it to rise in price because houses have been started constructing over there.

dha 9 is a 15 year investment and bt is a max 5 year to get 200-300% profit

last year i had 16 lac rupees and i bought a DHA file phase 9, after evaluating all options. the price hasnt moved up since last one year but my objective was to keep it for the long run and i am pretty satisfied with DHA.

i had a plot in Rose Block of Bahria Town C as well... but because BT didnt have the land in that area, i couldnt get any possession, henceforth i had to sell it and that too at a loss.

My opinion is that you can trust DHA but definitely not Bahria.

DHA PHASE 9 I THINK 20 YEARS INVESTMENT IF YOU HAVE FALTOO YA HARAM KA PASA TO KHAREDO PHASE 9 MAN FILE AND WAIT FOR 20 YEARS,

Zeeshan Bhai, You are being a little harsh. I have invested in DHA 9 tinking my son will get to make a house there in 20+ years. Wouldn't say that my money is Faltoo or Haram Ka Paisa.
