i have been working in saudi arabia since 1991, i own a house with two shops,in shad bag lahore,i had given it on rent since 2004 to a person named NAEEM
he is occupieng my house and shops, for last 6 years,without paying rent. in 2007 during one of my trip to pakistan . i forced him to leave my property. he vaccanted the house but he is still occupieng shops. he has refused to leave the shops. he says he will not leave the shop in any case.
therfore it is my hopful request to ginius frends please tell me how i can taking back my two shops. now i want to go pakistan and start some business there.it could be possible only when i get my shops. it all will be possible with your help.

1. pay some money to police and let them handle it.
2. pay some money to "ghunda's" and let them handle it.
3. if you could, take some family members and show of force with some guns and then he leaves.
these are the ONLY three options. you can't vacate them peacefully. |

I feel sorry for you. Unfortunately, the available options are the same as posted above by various friends. I got my house vacated by paying two years rent (total that I had received) back to the occupant. Consider this option also. |

Dont getn anxious.. Ist try the leagal options, like police report and appeal to court, media and newspaper. Meanwhile pressurize him constantly.
IF things donot settle then seek help of any Badmash/Gunda. You will find a lot in Shadbag, but you shall take action before that man goes to any gunda/badmash.

getting your shops vacated is doable...I agree with everyone that it can only be done through Ghundas. i have seen it happen and it works. Unfortunately, this is the only way. |
