Keep away from eden housing. But if you have plan to move there after 10 years then will be right decesion.They are announcing the project on weekly bases

Yes Tariq post the good comments. Faisal I am waiting for the possession of My house since 2 years before was due. But continue promissing.Diffrent projects on same locations.they are throughing projects but nothing is deliverd.examples eden abad,

Progress. You are doing okay. same time it is the responsibility of each individual to share the bad experince. I have the same with Eden and still waiting for my hard earning which i invest with this group to buy dream house.because the project where i invest was stopped due to unknow reasons. many people especially we overseas are facing problems. They are completing any project but every month new project.

Faisal dont come into their trap. they are very famous in project delaying in years. after paying all then also not sure they will give you some thing or not

Location for eden resdensia is good but the same problem for delay of possession. They announced for plot 3.5 years and solar homes 18 month. but if you look into their history 18 month means 5 years .

its developmental charges are 30 thousand per marla. and its possession time is 3 years

I was interested in Eden Meadows and I visited the location and their marketing office a week ago. They market it is as a scheme on main Feroz Pur Road but its location is bit odd. On main Feroz Pur Road, there are actually two Eden's schemes beside each other with a main double road separating them. One called Eden Gardens and other called Eden Lands. The Eden Meadows Block A starts when Eden Gardens finishes (0.75 KM from main Feroz Pur Road), and Block B comes after that. The prices they are marketing are actually for Eden Meadows Block B which is actually 1.5 KM and more deep from main Feroz Pur Road. Block A prices are starting with 340,000 Rs./marla. I also saw progress on Eden Garden home construction and the fact is that even the skeletons are not yet ready for majority of the homes. Even the main double road is constructed to 100 meters or so. I can easily guess that it may takes many many years before development of the scheme will be completed. The development charges by the time I visited were 40,000 Rs./marla which will have to be paid after 1 year. I asked for map of the scheme and it was not available and they said it will be ready in two months time. I hope the information will be helpful for the people planning to invest in the new Eden scheme

I wish i had read this Forum before booking a plot in Eden Meadows..... its been almost 2 years and I still don't have any map :( :( nor a plot number
