What are the rates versus rent possible there if I intend to purchase a shop and want to rent it out?

On your investment of 1.9 million you will get 9000/- rent and will pay 12500/- monthly charges. even if your shop will close then you will pay on rental period it will paid by renter. Pace will earn in both cases either open or close it. They will fix their income plus your investment.
