Dear CMY & other expert brothers,
I am living in Saudi Arabia & does not know actual value, I want to purchase 10 Marla house in Al - Falah Town. Please guide me regarding price / your great remarks. Detail is given below:
House 10 marla , 2 bed room attached bath, 1 drawing roo, 1 kitchen, one lounge & lawn total constructed area is almost 2200 and constructed two years ago.
Road is 25 feet wide & 2nd to corner

May be 45 lac just guess it looks single story house? Do you know that you can get old house in DHA phase 1 and 2 in about 75 Lac, and Phase 4 in upto 85 Lac. If my area of preference is DHA surrounding area, Then I will go for DHA instead of A Flah Town, Near Bhatta Chowk Eden |
