I saw an advertisment in LRE today ,about bying Counter in Pace model town, for 8 lacs. Is it a good business proposal as i can spare 8 lac at this time, your advice is urgently needed. Is Pace model town a success.

I presume it would be good investment. But running business dose not attract me. As the counter would be for artificial jewelry or for small ladies articles type things.
However buying shop seems good 
