Two Commercail plots 28-A (8 marla) and 127-B (5 marla) have been started in sector C commercail area, this is very good news for those people who have plots there as already the prices have risen by 3-4 lacs .
Also the Main Boulevard Sector C has been joined to canal road via Overseas Enclave B, I have personally traveled on it, now it only requires finial carpeting.

I do not think the rate has gotten this high yet, it is from 40-50 lac on the main road for 5 marla and only one 8 marla available and the owner is demanding 55 lacs for it.
We are hoping for a sudden jump in prices as soon as the structures are properly visible and when they are completed and occupied. Just like it happened on MB Phase 6. |

Thanks INFORMER, its a good news. It was heard that BT management is planning to link Sector C to Defence road through Bahria Pyramids. In that way main boulaward will be linked directly to LDA aveneu main boulaward. Can any one share the information on that. |

Bahria town is converting too many residential plots into commercial plots to sell them at higher prices and to make quick money for them every time they need some cash in hurry and will keep doing it when they will need more cash in future.
Ratio of residential to commercial plot is not good any more in Bahriatown and this is the main reason Bahriatown commercial plots have failed to gain in price but DHA6 MB have gained 40 lacs in past 3 months because DHA dont change maps daily to make residential plots into commercial plots. |

Dear helper you sound a bit frustrated by the starting of this construction :). Any way the reason MB Phase 6 has risen is because many plazas have been constructed there. Inshallah the same is expected for this commercail. |

In the past 4 years since I bought my Plot here I have only seen BT make one more small commercial place, the one at the entrance of the Safari Villas. The rest are a few Sector shops just like the DHA. |
