Is there any authority in Pakistan who looks after this kind of issue from the public side? I have booked a house in Eden Lane Villas 2 in Nov 2006 of worth 30 lacs and its possession was promised in Nov 2008 but still have it is not completed. i have paid 24.5 lacs and now they have canceled my housed due to nonpayment as I have stopped my payment in Feb 2009 due to construction speed at site. I visited their office and a marketing person behave in a such manner that I felt that I m at dominating side even with the payment of 24 lacs. He said that company will return my amount in 10 installments and for that I have to given an application but when will start they don’t planned yet. Marta kia na kerta - I have applied for restoration on June 6, 2010 and said that I m ready to pay the remaining amount but still after 2 month I have get any response. Every time marketing office representative said that they have put forward my case and it s under progress. Please help me by directing me in right direction.

Never ever buy any thing from Eden or Pace & even in Bahria town also buy only on ground ready plots.

You just can make money on investments on these projects because these developers them self dont want to see their schemes prices rise. These folks over book every thing from fools that fall in love with these project due to TV commercials etc.First these guys overbook each scheme and than keep merging canceling all these properties due to non construction of project and unfair excessive increase in development charges etc.

That is why I appreciate CMY and LRE, as they do not deal for Eden Group to deceive public for money.

Even if you want to sale your house or plot. You work hard to get buyer and if you get one and will take him to Eden office. They will miss guide him by offering other plans show other good options. They will also share negative points of your house and plot. Even your Due balance with late charges they will snatch the buyer from you.

I requested all my friends in last year after doing survey of Eden housing project that donot buy or book any house from Eden projects.
I agree with Sajid developers them self dont want to improve quality and complete the job. Even they are looking small contactor to do c class work.Please my friend donot bleive on TV advertizement
Same thing i have seeen my self Baria town C block on right sid Riwind road 21 kilometers from Thokhar Niaz Baig.

A friend of mine had similar problem. he requested me to accompany him to the Eden office on the Main Blvd. I took another respectable person just in case. We waited in the lobby to some responsible person as the top guy was not there(or hiding). Anyway after an hour a young man spoke to us and gave false hopes to my friend.
more than a year, my friend still waiting for his 1.9 mn. he finally hired a lawyer and went to the court.
I can recommend to you the same,knock at the judiciary doors if the ever open.

Dear All, Eden Housing victims/ Future Buyers

I am also a victim of EDEN HOUSING for their Project EDEN ABAD. They promised the possession in Mar2009 but when I visited the site in Mar2009 there was nothing except some incomplete structures of houses. They again promised possession in June 2009 which extended to Nov 2009, then Mar 2010 and now Nov 2010 which is still doubtful because there is a lot of work pending, infrastructure is not in a position to provide the facility to its inhabitants.

I shall advice all new Eden buyers that never buy any house or plot in Eden Housing Projects. I am an overseas Pakistani and stay in Kuwait...due to my overseas status, I am unable to follow my case properly while they do not care of their overseas clients as they have the thinking that these are away and they can't make any trouble in our routines.

One of my friend get his money back in 6 installment by showing his worst behavior to them in their marketing office so its time for action let decide a day and and have meeting at eden marketing office collectively --- remember Union is strength so let decide a day and meet over there...
