AOA All,
Are all the plots in the DHA-8 map allocated in the recent ballot and what are the reserved areas for? If all the plots are already allocated would the parkview file holders be given plots in the reserved area?
Does anyone know the time frames for parkview files ballot?
There are rumors that the ballot will be held in August or September, if that happens would it effect the already alloted plot prices?

there is big big game going on.... may be PV files become biggest scam in Pakistan real estate history......... as there is no seller but still prices are the bottom.
its just a scam few pplz are spreading rumors that PV files are priceless and same pplz are there buyers. |

Dear one more thing CMY are also a one of the biggest buyers bcz he sold all at 17 lakhs in april now buying at 13 lakhs so its files stock is there and he generated 4 lakhs on each file in poor property market ...
no he can sell his files arsenal on 27 lakhs each in 2011.....
so thats the business |

Are you saying that in 2011 the price of these files would be 27lakh. If that is true, I dont mind a bit if cmy or xyz has 1000 files, as long as I can recover the losses on my one file hahahahhahahaaha. |

Dear it is very easy to blame others and create fake accusations using fake names. CMY is doing a good job for us Pakistanis by providing this great platform and working hard to help us get up to date with latest maps, pictures and property related information. Please do not discourage him. I wish there were more people like CMY.

you will see soon that CMY is help himself ... rather then the myth That "CMY is only a Ray of light in dark property arena".

Here I will disagree with King hussein. Why you expect that CMY should not earn money and run his office and this site for free? He is doing business and it is quite fair and legitimate to earn profit. Did CMY forced people to sell their files to him? and Even I don't find any base for saying that CMY has piled up the files with him. It may be just a blame on him.
Secondly is CMY only one person in the market? No .. you can check the price level from others as well. If they also give you same rate, then why to blame on CMY?
I think we should act maturely. |

My job is to give you current accurate fair rates. I don't care if they are high low or even. I don't own a single DHA Park view file of one kanal or 10 marla.
Since april 6 2010 I may have bought or sold not more than 3 to 4 files of DHA Parkview for my clients and earned only commission from them. These Parkview files are very thinnly traded. Its hard to find a buyer or seller here. In total less than 5 to 8 files of Parkview are transfered in DHA each month and from and to genuine long term holders.
Only a JOKER or a really stupid person can think any property dealer would buy a file of one kanal at 20+ lac and pay nearly 5 lacs for transfer cost on it and then think to sell it for gains in short term.
I feel very sorry for any one that is loosing money on Parkview files but at same time I feel every holder should take responsibility for his actions and understand things change and they should chage too and take in time actions. BEFORE ballot was held in DHA 8 We were requesting again and again to all our clients that bought files from us in past to sell these file BEFORE ballot as there were no chances of them getting into ballot because DHA 8 map that was released before ballot showed only less than 200 10 marla plots. It was discussed here that chance of these files included in ballot gone. Few people sold those files and those who kept knowingly took chance to hold the files till after the ballot. Now after ballot every one knew the files are not in ballot any more and DHA is not willing to tell their location and time of ballot so buyers are hard to find here. On top of that Punjab Govt first blocked Park view's direct access entry to ring road and now they have increased DC rate to many fold. BEFORE JULY 1 2010 Park view 10 Marla file transfer cost was just rs 85000 now its 274000. What can I do about it.
Did I increase the transfer cost so files will be cheaper to buy? Some one have to bear the increase in cost of transfer so prices are falling here again. |

I am one of those who bought a 1 kanal PV file at 30 lac thru Mr. CMY. It was my decision to buy. He was only a facilitator.
Just as i would not have shared any gains with im or given him any credit if the prices had gone up, i do not hold him accountable for any loss either. It is typical for people to give themselves credit for a good decision when gains are involved and blame others if losses are realized. Grow up. |
