i was proud and happy when i listen a interview of some people effected by flood in toronto star newspaper that government is treating him like animal ,it means they are providing him food , vacination, shealter as now it is world wide fundamental law of animal . also in islam it is duty of every muslim to keep care of animal my office staff was also amaze . HR manager told me she can not afford her dog any more because cost of dog food is more than her food .
