I have seen a plot near in a muhalla nasir colony, lajna chowk college road township lahore. It is 8 marla plot, worth around 7.60 lacs. The plot rate in that area is more then this but the street is 8 feet wide. I don't have any experience in purchase of property before. Can any one please kind enough to guide me what steps should i follow to see the leagel expect and make a safe and fraud free deal for me.
Also please comment if in this price range is it ok.
