My job is to give you current accurate fair rates. I don't care if they are high low or even. I don't own a single DHA Park view file of one kanal or 10 marla.
Since april 6 2010 I may have bought or sold not more than 3 to 4 files of DHA Parkview for my clients and earned only commission from them. These Parkview files are very thinnly traded. Its hard to find a buyer or seller here. In total less than 5 to 8 files of Parkview are transfered in DHA each month and from and to genuine long term holders.
Only a JOKER or a really stupid person can think any property dealer would buy a file of one kanal at 20+ lac and pay nearly 5 lacs for transfer cost on it and then think to sell it for gains in short term.
I feel very sorry for any one that is loosing money on Parkview files but at same time I feel every holder should take responsibility for his actions and understand things change and they should chage too and take in time actions. BEFORE ballot was held in DHA 8 We were requesting again and again to all our clients that bought files from us in past to sell these file BEFORE ballot as there were no chances of them getting into ballot because DHA 8 map that was released before ballot showed only less than 200 10 marla plots. It was discussed here that chance of these files included in ballot gone. Few people sold those files and those who kept knowingly took chance to hold the files till after the ballot. Now after ballot every one knew the files are not in ballot any more and DHA is not willing to tell their location and time of ballot so buyers are hard to find here. On top of that Punjab Govt first blocked Park view's direct access entry to ring road and now they have increased DC rate to many fold. BEFORE JULY 1 2010 Park view 10 Marla file transfer cost was just rs 85000 now its 274000. What can I do about it.
Did I increase the transfer cost so files will be cheaper to buy? Some one have to bear the increase in cost of transfer so prices are falling here again.

I think there is no need to apologize or clear your position every time people hit you. You are doing a fantastic job. I'll advise you no to take any negative remark seriously as you always do. It will effect on your health and mind. So, Be in peace always.
People reading this page knows very well what is actually going on. They are fully aware the cause of parkview decline and which block of DHA 8 is gaining every day.
There is no need to feel sorry against as you are not imposing the rules on behalf of DHA and Government. People are quite wise and have bought files for their own interest. Now if they are getting Loss they should not blame you.
Your part is only to get commission if any transaction goes through you. So that is the responsibility of the buyer to think twice before he goes to buy from market or through you as such this is his sole decision of buying after having lots of options from you and from the market. |

all frends which they have park view files please write and apeal to cor camander lahore and chief justic of pakistan and asked him why dha sold out park view land in the name of dha homes and now original alloties are facing problum and dha is sleeping or if you dont than wait for 3 years or may be more
in park view dha actulay sold out park view land in his own interest and now people are facing problum and if you will visite dha and aske him any question against park view no one reply you.
one side earning transfer fee and other fee but not beloting and if any one auduit that acount you can may be purchase another park view can be purchased from that acount mony

Jamal, if you push this issue LRE will the first one to delete your post as they have a business to run and they don't want to be a part of any controversy and rightly so.
If you want to do something like this just do it and trust you me no one will lend you an ear. They have all gone blind and deaf. I agree with king hussain that there is a game brewing up regarding the parkview plots and investors are waiting for people to get dishearted and sell their files and then it will pick up again. Also, parkview is nothing everything in Pakistan is marred by insider trading, look at the stock market they take turns at each scrip buying lots hiking the price and selling at once. Pakistan kaa matlab kia lagta daa laai jaa. Pakistan paindabad. Zardari Zindabad hahahahahhaahahaha |
