I had to pay Ruppees 18200 as stamp duty for transfer of a 10 Marla Plot in Phase 8 BT Rawalpindi. As per Bahria Town, these charges were imposed by Punjab government on . n internal BT citcular was shown to me showing instructions/ prices to collect stamp dury on various plot sizes.
I guess this would bring down the prices i general.

Raza, what the price you paid for your BT8 plot. There are many people who want to know the real price of BT8 10M. Either people are posting inflated prices like 17-18 lac or very low price like 7-8 Lac. |
