I have been told that the re-issuance of DHA 9 file intimation letter (which would be used to collect the allotment letter) is 10500 PKR. One would need re-issuance of a duplicate intimation letter when e.g. the original intimation letter is lost/ misplaced. Besides a police FIR and costly advertisements in english/ urdu language daily newspapers is essential. A 15 days waiting period after fulfilling these formalities is in addition.
Could you confirm this from your good office please?
